Workshop Summary

Track: Power in Partnerships

With the looming eviction moratorium deadline, the threat of devastating wildfires across the State, and the pandemic’s lasting impact on our economy, the urgency of California’s housing affordability and homelessness crisis has never been more apparent. Increasingly, businesses, elected officials, local leaders, philanthropies, and others are coming to the table alongside advocates, grassroots organizers, and housing organizations with the goal of developing and executing comprehensive, lasting solutions to this crisis — even in regions that have experienced significant displacement and a sharp increase in housing prices, like San Mateo County.
