These 291 for-sale townhomes would be built on underutilized office space primarily along Campus Drive in The City of San Mateo. 29 of the for-sale homes will be sold at affordable levels. Supporting these quality homes on underutilized land is critical to address displacement and the jobs-housing imbalance in San Mateo. Especially with land scarcity, the opportunity to repurposed office space and provide homes for people to rest their head at night, should not be wasted.
