What does it take for people who’ve experienced housing insecurity to hold power and change systems? This workshop explores the successful framework of All Home’s Emerging Leaders Program, which has placed over 60 graduates in voting seats on public boards and commissions in Alameda, Contra Costa, and Santa Clara counties. Join us to learn concrete strategies and insights for cultivating a deep bench of lived-experience leaders who are ready to shape housing and homelessness policy from the inside.
