Workshop Summary

This panel will focus on the funding available for permanent supportive housing both capital and operational. We will present the various ways Proposition 1 funding is going to be available and focus on the practical implementation of the capital funding for PSH. Additionally, we will discuss the needs for operational support to match these capital dollars as well as best practices for PSH operations. Developer and CHPC will discuss the Homekey guidelines as they relate to Proposition 1 implementation and best practices for using Homekey as a capital source. We will also have a supportive services provider discussing operational needs to best support formerly unhoused residents.
