NPH, Lead Narrative Strategist
Cory (he/him) is the Lead Narrative Strategist for the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California, working to help grow public support and political will for the solutions we need to unlock a more equitable and thriving housing future. He leads Begins with Home, a Bay Area-wide narrative campaign, and supports the growth of our movement’s capacity, collaboration, and creative partnerships.
Edie Irons
All Home, Director of Communications
Edie (she/her) is the Director of Communications for All Home, a Bay Area organization advancing housing security and economic opportunity for people with extremely low incomes. Edie has worked on a wide range of issues for nonprofits, political campaigns, a government agency, and as a consultant. Her work in the Bay Area has focused on regional housing policy and advocacy, including how it relates to transportation, climate, and racial justice.
Kiana Simmons
Housing Leadership Council of San Mateo County, Lead Organizer
Kiana (she/they) is the Lead Organizer at the Housing Leadership Council, driving community engagement in North San Mateo County. She leads efforts like supporting the Jefferson Union High School SDR development in Daly City, the Partnership for the Bay’s Future in South San Francisco, and the Our Home San Mateo campaign. Additionally, Kiana serves as a TikTok Ambassador for the Begins with Home narrative campaign.
Madison Roberts
NPH, Narrative Specialist
Madison (she/they) is the Narrative Specialist for the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California, expanding NPH’s Shift the Bay narrative initiative through resource development, coalition engagement, and messaging expertise that drives new narratives around affordable housing in the Bay Area. In 2020, they co-founded Morgan’s Message, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization amplifying stories, resources, and expertise to destigmatize student-athlete mental health.
