Summary

Low-income renters in rural communities suffer from an inadequate supply of affordable housing coupled with insufficient legal protections for renters. This presentation will provided our attendess with the common struggles of low-income tenants, including farmworkers, in rural areas and the necessity for stronger tenants’ rights protection in unincorporated areas of San Mate County.
