Cypress Point 71 units of affordable family homes

Why it Needs Our Support
This proposal has highly organized opposition, as it is on the Pacific Coast. Moss Beach has 1,400 low income jobs in the area, but unlike most coastal towns, inland communities are MORE expensive, which forces the local workforce to commute long distances. The site has been zoned for high-density housing since the 1980s and is listed in the County’s General Plan and the Housing Element as a site for affordable homes.
