Why it Needs Our Support
This proposal will be a landmark transit oriented proposal for the City of San Bruno. One that includes 425 homes, with 64 of them below-market rate, ground floor retail, and a proposed grocery store all located on El Camino Real. It sits on SamTrans bus routes and is less than half a mile to Caltrain. This mixed-use proposal has the potential to be a model proposal that provides inclusion, protects diversity, and provides homes for community members to stay in.
